Turnaround Project – Shell Deer Park

Project Scheduler. Prepare and manage level 4 project schedule (2200 lines) within Primavera P6 for all engineering activities including resources. Deliver Primavera project planner reports and analysis for sponsors. Prepare Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules as required or requested by project manager.

Project Dawn – Solvay

Project Scheduler. Prepare and manage level 4 project schedule (4500 lines) within Primavera P6 for all EPC activities. Deliver Primavera project planner reports and analysis for stakeholders. Prepare Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules as required or requested by stakeholders.

KM Station 106 Flexibility and Expansion Project – Kinder Morgan

Project Scheduler. Prepare and manage level 4 project schedule (800 lines) within Microsoft Project and Primavera P6. Assist in the creation of project WBS, resource allocation and loading, as well as provide key project tracking data to appropriate stakeholders and client. Analyze the Integrated Project Schedule (IPS) to ensure alignment with the Engineering, Procurement and Construction schedule. Responsible for ensuring project actuals are uploaded to client’s server.

KM Station 114 Flexibility and Expansion Project – Kinder Morgan

Project Scheduler. Prepare and manage level 3 project schedule (450 lines) within Microsoft Project for all engineering and procurement activities. Responsible for preparing construction graphic materials to include but not limited to schedule progress reports, trend and schedule analysis graphs on a periodic basis as determined by the construction lead.

KM Station 96 Flexibility Project – Kinder Morgan

Project Scheduler. Prepare and manage level 3 project schedule (450 lines) within Microsoft Project for all engineering and procurement activities.

KM Station 200 Bidirectional Project – Kinder Morgan

Project Scheduler.  Create and manage level 3 construction schedule (500 lines) within Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for station work while ensuring compliance. Responsible for tracking, schedule impacts and updating variances for the compression station.

Feb. 2013 – Feb. 2014 Chevron

Permian Basin Wolfcamp Project – Chevron, Texas

Project Planner/Scheduler. Coordinated and supported the implementation activity of each development area. Prepared project status reports including planning, tracking documentation and reporting. Prepared level 4 project schedules (10000 lines) within Primavera P6 for approximately 400 wells, developed actions plans, tracked the status of deliverables. Proactively managed project dependencies, changes in project scope, critical paths to devise contingency plans.

Headlee Project – Chevron, Texas

Project Scheduler. Maintained level 2 Integrated Project Schedule (200 lines) to ensure alignment with the Rig schedule. Responsible for updating project actuals into the Business plan.

Tennessee Gas Pipeline and VMA Project – Kinder Morgan, Houston

Project Planner/Scheduler. Defined, developed and oversaw the level 3 project schedules (1200 lines) within Microsoft Project. Developed and delivered progress reports, schedule impacts, and activity look-ahead report.

June 2009 – Aug. 2012 Just Energy

Windmill Installation Project – Just Energy, Houston

Project Scheduler/Master Scheduler/Planner. Developed level 3 project schedule (1200 lines) within Primavera P6 and specified goal strategy. Worked as liaison between the consulting team and business team to identify the cutover requirements and appropriate resources. Effectively contributed as part of the team in attaining goals. Provided hands-on support to the development and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and budgets that lead to the establishment of a cost/schedule baseline.
